Refund Policy
At Saving The Paws, your satisfaction matters to us. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, you must contact us within this timeframe.
Condition of Items
- We accept both opened and unopened products for return and inspection, provided the items are unused and in good condition.
- All returns are subject to inspection by our quality assurance team before a refund is approved.
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering may not qualify for a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 business days from the date of confirmation. If you haven't received your refund after this period, please contact your financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used products or items not in acceptable condition after inspection cannot be refunded.
